David Wolrige founded Summit Partners in 2001 after a successful career as the senior partner of a Sydney based accounting practice, specialising in business development.
As our name implies, Summit Partners works with the owners or CEO’s of small to midsize businesses to create more efficient, effective and profitable organisations.
Often our clients or their organisations would have been described as successful before undertaking a Summit coaching program. However, they each recognised that with appropriate coaching, improvements could be made and opportunities uncovered.
Significantly, as business goals were achieved and exceeded, other benefits of coaching became increasingly clear. Greater confidence and efficiency lead to better planning, more loyal and a better performing team and almost always a better quality of life as a result of a more balanced lifestyle, less stress and greater peace of mind.
