Our methodology has 3 key phases and most importantly we include a money back guarantee if you decide not to proceed past the Strategy development phase.

Insight Phase
In order to assess your business we undertake a thorough review of all aspects of your company including operational practices, marketing and sales activities, people management processes and financial controls and reporting. This review opens clear areas for improvement and opportunities for growth and is used as a basis for development of your strategic plan.
Direction Phase
Based on our mutual findings we tailor an individual program for each client with emphasis on those areas with high potential for improvement and uncovered opportunities. Although each situation is different there are common objectives we seek to achieve with each program - most notably -
- Formulate business objectives
- Develop strategies for business growth i.e. marketing, human resources, operations and financial
- Establish performance indicators
- Uncover and clarify personal goals and establish key lifestyle objectives
Action Phase
Now we can deploy a range of specific coaching programs from a suite of more than 30 specific coaching modules developed by David Wolrige after years of research and experience and exclusive to Summit Partners. They are designed to bring substantive benefits in the areas of your business identified in the Insight phase. The programs may include -

A Successful Business based on Proven Systems
Typically a complete Summit Coaching program takes around 9 to 18 months. During that time your business will be provided with both insights and systems that will see it grow from strength to strength. More importantly the systems we put in place will be the basis for continued success for both you and your team.
The Summit Coaching Program
Coaching consists of a combination of regular personal sessions along with phone conferences and on line support. Increasing the personal sessions will inevitably increase the speed of the program for those looking to reap rewards at a faster pace. The program structure is however designed to achieve quality results regardless of speed and the aim overall is to maintain a strong momentum i.e. controlled profitable growth and not growth for growth's sake.
Investment
Following the Insight and Strategy Phases of the Summit Methodology, a tailored program with the Summit Partnership involves a minimum of 6 months regular coaching. Most clients request ongoing coaching in order to complete the full program which consists of two additional 3 month modules. Essentially your program entails a monthly professional fee that covers all manuals, programs involved in the course and our personal coaching session. We do not sell books or cassettes
Guarantee
Summit initially asks for a one off deposit for the Insight and Direction Phases described in the Summit Methodology. However, "we guarantee that if you are not entirely satisfied to this point, for any reason, the deposit will be returned to you immediately along with all material developed through strategic planning and no further obligation. We can assure you we have a strict policy of being absolutely commercially fair".
